WADL TV Detroit is keeping hundreds of Detroit school children warm on their way to school
DETROIT, Dec. 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- WADL TV Detroit continues to be a beacon of care for the metropolitan area. WADL TV Detroit has been consistently involved in addressing the needs of the community, by feeding the homeless, providing food baskets, blankets and coats for school children. Once again this year with the help of a very generous benefactor, whose wish is to remain anonymous, the TV station will team up with Citi Trends and The Bel Air 10 Theater to distribute new coats to the areas needy school children.
Distribution date is this Saturday December 15th at 8AM.
The location is the Bel Air 10 Theater on 10100 East Eight Mile Road, Detroit, MI
Parents must bring children with them. Coats are available to school age children only. All that is needed to get a coat is some form of child health insurance proof, your id.
