Waaree Announces the Order for 154 Solar Pumps From RHDS – Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur

The state experiences a very scarce rainfall, acute shortage of water for irrigation, and unavailability of electricity in remote areas (long waiting queues for new electric connections and Rs. 700 crore investment needed by the farmers for 70,000 new connections). RHDS has taken the initiative to install solar water pumps and meet the water requirements of farmers in remote areas.

Waaree offered solar pumps with permanent magnet DC technology being the latest with own manufactured solar panel at SEZ Surat factory.  A five HP solar pump will save approximately 25 units of power/day, equally reduces the carbon footprint & greenhouse gas emission without any recurring expenses with sustainability.
