W2 Energy Initiates Plans for State of the Art Laboratory Facility in Catonsville, Md.

GUELPH, Ontario, April 4, 2012  /PRNewswire/ --W2 Energy, Inc. (OTC: WTWO) announces plans to initiate the immediate opening of their new state of the art Fischer-Tropsch laboratory in Catonsville, MD.

Catonsville, MD is 20 minutes from W2 Energy's Columbia, MD office and is home to the University of Maryland at Baltimore County, whose campus is well known for their strong engineering program as well as programs featuring renewable energy.

The new laboratory will produce and provide 3rd party testing for both of W2 Energy's Fischer-Tropsch catalysts. Initially, the lab will use natural gas as the primary feedstock, converting it into ultra low sulfur diesel, gasoline and JP8 jet fuel. After the natural gas system is working and tested, W2 will use both coal and biomass as feedstock. The lab's location in Catonsville is strategically located to allow political leaders to travel from Washington, DC in order to see W2's technology create a cost-effective alternative to liquid fuels generated from petroleum.

Plans calls for Dr. Eliasu Teiseh who received his PhD in Engineering from Texas A&M University to run their new Fischer-Tropsch laboratory. His experience in both engineering and renewable energy will provide the expertise W2 is looking for with this type of facility. The facility is currently scheduled to be fully functional and operating by June 01, 2012.
