VUE Software Releases Product Enhancement for Producer Management & Compliance

COCONUT CREEK, Fla., Sept. 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- VUE Software today announced a product enhancement for its Producer Onboarding and Producer Management & Compliance Modules. These enhancements to VUE Software's direct integration with the NIPR enables modern straight-through processing for our clients. This allows one-step access for pulling licenses, automated processing for appointments, terminations, as well as, complete automation of Just-in-time (JIT) appointments. It also provides immediate access to regulatory actions against producers.

Producer Management & Compliance includes many refinements and new features to synchronize PDB data. These processes automatically reconcile demographic, license, and appointment data, and flag any regulatory actions.

Refinements include updates to:

PDB Match: automatically updates VUE Software's database with PDB data.
PDB Reconciliation: allows users to view and select changes to updates.

New Features include:

PDB Periodic Synchronization: periodic batch synchronization process that can be run daily, monthly, quarterly or annually for synchronization of producer demographics, licenses, appointments and regulatory actions for the carrier or distributor's entire agent population.
VUE Credential Data Load: proprietary process to completely refresh or load all licenses and appointments into a database.
