FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Aug. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Voyages to Antiquity today announced the Aegean Odyssey's 2011 schedule is now on sale and offers a host of new features; included pre-and/or post-cruise hotel packages; a variety of shorter cruise lengths; new destinations and free air from more than 70 North American gateways for bookings made by December 31, 2010.

New for 2011

• To further enhance the destination experience, all itineraries in 2011 are designed as cruise-tours featuring a range of 7-12 night voyages with pre-and/or post-cruise hotel stays included in the fares in Rome, Athens, Istanbul, and Cairo. Hotel stays include transfers to and from the airport and/or ship;
• For those with less time, many cruise lengths have been shortened to 7-12 nights to facilitate a younger demographic, particularly during summer months. Passengers have the flexibility to opt out of the hotel stays and receive a credit against their cruise fare;
• New destinations include a unique circumnavigation of the Black Sea region with ports in Georgia, Russia, Ukraine, and Bulgaria as well as destinations in Corsica, Sardinia and a return to Libya as part of two North Africa Itineraries;
• Aegean Odyssey cruises feature an early booking incentive of FREE air from more than 70 North American gateways if booked by December 31, 2010.
