Voting Now Open For The 2014 Petties Awards
The fifth annual DogTime Pet Blog Awards invites pet lovers to vote for their favorite bloggers, videos, and animal welfare organizations
SAN FRANCISCO, July 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The DogTime Pet Blog Awards, also known as "the Petties", today announced that voting is now open for the 2014 awards.
Presented for the fifth year in a row by DogTime Media, the largest vertical media community focused exclusively on pet owners is the largest annual pet blog awards program on the Internet, often referred to as the "Oscars of the pet blog community."

Voting for the finalists is open through August 7, 2014. Winners will be announced in an online ceremony broadcast at http://pettiesawards.com in September, with more details on the ceremony to come. Each winning blogger will be awarded a $1,000 donation to the non-profit animal shelter or rescue of their choice, a custom "Petties" award trophy, a "Petties Winner" badge for their site, a valuable package of editorial coverage across the DogTime Media community, and a host of social-media traffic driving opportunities.
Petties Video Awards:
The second annual Petties Video Awards will again celebrate our love of animals and their unique personalities – from a cat playing peek-a-boo to a squirt gun chasing dog! Pet lovers will be asked to vote for their favorite pet video from the top 10 videos received by DogTime Media. Voting is now open through August 7, 2014.
