Vora Ventures Appoints John Hutchinson to the Role of Head of Corporate Development

CINCINNATI, May 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Vora Ventures, a Cincinnati based, privately held equity group that specializes in building innovative IT companies worldwide, announced today the appointment of John Hutchinson to the role Head of Corporate Development. John brings over 15 years of experience and a proven track record of leadership in technology, software, and services, most recently as President and CEO of Vinimaya, a Vora Ventures portfolio company.  Hutchinson will join the Vinimaya Board of Directors.

In his role as Head of Corporate Development, Hutchinson will be responsible for strategic growth of the Vora Portfolio of 12 information technology companies with a focus on development, mergers and acquisitions, new investments and strategic partnership/alliance development.
