"A great martial artist once said, 'seize the moment,'" said Hayes. I am extremely impressed with Mahendra and the entire leadership team at Vora Group, and I am looking forward to the challenge."

"I am thrilled to have Carol join KoncertIT and the Vora Group," said KoncertIT President Walt McLaren. "We needed additional executive level talent at KoncertIT to drive our expansion efforts.
