Volunteers of America Teams with Niagara Bottling to Improve the Lives of Children

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 24, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/-- Volunteers of America has teamed with Niagara Bottling, the largest private-label bottled water supplier in the United States, to establish a new national collaboration that promises many exciting opportunities to enhance the lives of disadvantaged children and youth. To inaugurate this new relationship, Niagara has provided a total of $300,000 in grants to three Volunteers of America programs near its bottling facilities.

Volunteers of America affiliates and programs receiving grants from Niagara include:

• Volunteers of America Colorado Branch, to benefit its new Early Childhood Education Center under construction in Denver;
• Volunteers of America, Pennsylvania, to fund air conditioning and heating improvements for its Children's Center in Allentown, Pa.;
• Volunteers of America, Utah, for the construction of its new Homeless Youth Resource Center in Salt Lake City.
