Voice Mobility signs M&A advisory agreement with BGK Corporate Strategies Inc.
VANCOUVER, Dec. 2 /PRNewswire/ - Voice Mobility International, Inc. (VMY, VMII and FWB: VMY), a Vancouver-based developer and provider of carrier and enterprise messaging solutions, today announced that BGK Corporate Strategies Inc. has been retained to assist in executing its acquisition strategy.
