Voice Mobility Delisting from TSX

VANCOUVER, June 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Voice Mobility International, Inc. (VMY, VMII and FWB: VMY), a Vancouver-based developer and provider of carrier and enterprise messaging solutions, today announced that the TSX has issued formal delisting notification.

The company will officially be delisted from the TSX at the close of market on July 19, 2010. The company is pursuing other options related to securing a listing on another trading market in Canada.
