(OTCBB: VSST), a leading developer of hosted speech services and voice "in-application" technology, and QOS Telcom, LLC (a/k/a "Queen of Sheba Communications") today announced that they have entered into a private label agreement. Under the terms of the agreement, QOS Telcom will OEM Voice Assist's speech services to provide a single voice user experience for accessing services through mobile devices and video phones. QOS Telcom plans to market its new speech based services in the U.S., Canada, Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
