Frank will be responsible for driving Vobile's continued growth from content protection to monetization of premium content on new media platforms.

Frank brings over 20 years of expertise in building top-tier companies in the technology and media business. Frank also brings a wealth of content licensing and Internet media expertise from previous roles at CinemaNow, RealNetworks, and Dick Clark Productions. Most recently, he operated a successful consulting firm providing strategic guidance to emerging Internet start-ups as well as established media companies.
As CEO of Cinema Now, Frank was responsible for the sale of the company to Sonic Solutions as well as negotiating key business partnerships with Hollywood studios, retailers and consumer electronics manufacturers. At RealNetworks, Frank served as Chief Operating Officer and was responsible for corporate strategy, advertising sales, consumer subscriptions and media content programming. Prior to RealNetworks, he ran program development and key TV productions at Dick Clark Productions while directing overall corporate business strategies.
