Vivint Solar Files Registration Statement For Initial Public Offering

PROVO, Utah, Aug. 26, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Vivint Solar today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined. Vivint Solar intends to apply to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "VSLR".

Goldman, Sachs & Co., BofA Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC will act as lead book-running managers for the offering. Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Barclays Capital Inc. will also act as book-running managers.
