VitaminSpice Files United States and Worldwide Patent Applications - Now Ready to Begin Delivering on Orders

WAYNE, Pa., June 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- VitaminSpice (OTC Bulletin Board: VTMS) (German WKN: A0YE4L) (www.VitaminSpice.net) is proud to announce that it has filed in the United States and Internationally for patent protection for its innovative line of products.  On May 15, 2009 VitaminSpice filed the provisional Patent Application through its intellectual property attorneys, Design IP, Allentown, PA.

VitaminSpice is still the only recognized vitamin-infused line of gourmet spices on the market.  Filing the United States and worldwide patent applications is important considering the agreements in place with Bill Fields, former CEO of Walmart Stores Division, and his company Intersource Enterprises LTD which will be introducing VitaminSpice in China. These patents provide the ultimate protection for the technology, processes and other aspects of the innovative products.  Production and logistical preparations for the mass distribution of the products have been underway for some time.  The implementation of the distribution, marketing, and sales support for the product has begun and should generate significant revenue increases for VitaminSpice in the coming weeks, months, and quarters.
