Visual Artist Awards Announces Global Search for Best Projection Mapping Artists

MIAMI BEACH, Fla., Aug. 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The Visual Artist Awards announced today its association with America's Got Talent, NBC's top rated summer TV show, to find the best projection mapping media acts in the world.

First introduced by Disney®, projection mapping has found its way into theatrical performances, live concerts, gaming, advertising, special events and commercial and high-end residential properties.

Projection mapping is a technique that has dramatically changed the landscape of entertainment, events and advertising by creating fully immersive environments without the need for headsets or bulky glasses as is currently required for most augmented reality and virtual reality experiences.
