Vistex Solutions for SAP® Software Now Available on SAP S/4HANA®
Vistex reinforces commitment to customers on their journey with SAP S/4HANA. Vistex also runs SAP S/4HANA in-house.
HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill., May 31, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Vistex Inc., the global leader in go-to-market solutions for managing pricing, incentive, rights and royalty and channel programs, announced today that its Vistex Solutions for SAP® software applications are now available on SAP S/4HANA®.
SAP is a leader in the digital transformation wave and has transformed the ERP market with its newest offering, SAP S/4HANA. Vistex solutions are currently available running inside the SAP ERP application, and version 1610 of the Vistex solutions are now also available for customers to deploy in their SAP S/4HANA landscape.
As one of SAP's longstanding partners, Vistex has maintained a close collaborative relationship with SAP, one that now extends to SAP S/4HANA. Vistex will synchronize its releases with SAP S/4HANA to help ensure maximum compatibility and minimum disruption for its customers. The next Vistex release, version 1709, is expected in early 2018 with continuous improvements to take advantage of the unique capabilities of the underlying SAP HANA® platform.
"Vistex has been an SAP partner for more than 12 years, with solutions resold as SAP Solution Extensions, managing mission-critical go-to-market programs," said Sanjay Shah, founder and CEO of Vistex. "We have a proven track record of working with our customers to have meaningful impact on their top- and bottom-line results. The capabilities of Vistex software on SAP S/4HANA, the processes we support and the services we offer is a unique combination that helps customers to gain even more from their investment in SAP software."
SAP S/4HANA is the next-generation ERP business suite, offering enterprises the digital core for running a truly live business. Now with Vistex solutions compatible with SAP S/4HANA and the SAP Fiori® user experience, customers can achieve an even greater user experience and value that go beyond traditional ERP software.
Dr. Wieland Schreiner, executive vice president for SAP S/4HANA, added, "Vistex extends the SAP S/4HANA digital core in the areas of pricing, rights and royalties, paybacks and reconciliation." Tom Roberts, global vice president of Third Party Solutions at SAP, stated, "We consider Vistex solutions to be a critical component for a customer's SAP S/4HANA journey. We expect customers will get greater value from their investments in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori with the availability of Vistex solutions."
In driving innovation, Vistex has expanded its software portfolio and service offerings in recent years, and now supports more industries in more geographies than ever before. Having doubled its global employee base and increased its reach to customers in more strategic locations worldwide, it became evident that a myriad of internal systems were no longer able to support its global operations. Vistex now leverages SAP S/4HANA for its own financials and global operations. A smooth go-live was achieved on January 2, 2017 and high expectations are already being realized.
"Vistex has strengthened its commitment to SAP by embracing SAP S/4HANA and adopting it for our own business, simultaneously expanding our software portfolio on this platform," Shah remarked. "The common factor, for us and customers, is the speed, immediate insights and real-time analytics provided by Vistex solutions and SAP S/4HANA."
