The publication honored women who are leaders in the automotive field – those who make major decisions and have significant influence at their companies. The list is published every five years; this is the second consecutive time Automotive News acknowledged Greenway for her talents and career accomplishments.

Greenway has global responsibility for engineering, manufacturing, sales, quality, and purchasing for Visteon's climate and lighting products. Additionally, she oversees Visteon's global quality performance and environmental, health and safety initiatives. She also champions Visteon's "clean technology" initiative and is actively involved in Visteon's employee resource groups, serving as executive champion for the Visteon African American Network and as an active member of Women in Visteon.
Greenway joined Visteon in 2000 and has more than 20 years experience in business management, industrial production, product development and quality management with companies including GE, Martin Marietta Corp. and United Technologies Corp.
