("VisionChina" or "the Company") (Nasdaq: VISN), China's largest out-of-home digital television advertising network on mass transportation systems and the leading provider of urban mass transit Wi-Fi, today announced that it will hold its 2015 annual general meeting of shareholders at the offices of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, 35/F ICBC Tower, 3 Garden Road, Central, Hong Kong, at 10:30 a.m. Beijing/Hong Kong time on December 15, 2015 (9:30 p.m. EST on December 14, 2015). The Company fixed the close of business on November 10, 2015 as the record date for the determination of shareholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the 2015 annual general meeting of shareholders.
