Visible Proof Receives GRACRE Award for Outstanding Design by Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate
RICHMOND, Va., April 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Visible Proof, a recently launched Richmond design consortium, has received the GRACRE award for outstanding design and implementation as part of the 10th annual awards ceremony by the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate.
Kristi Lane, formerly of 3North, founded Visible Proof in 2010 and has since completed a series of high-profile commercial projects -- including the redesign of the creative department at The Martin Agency that attracted the attention of the GRACRE judges.
The Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate is the only organization in Richmond whose primary mission is to serve as an advocate for commercial property owners, developers, and related professionals. The 10th annual awards ceremony honored outstanding commercial real estate projects and transactions in the metropolitan Richmond region. Winning projects included the interior of The Martin Agency by Visible Proof, Williams Mullen Center, University of Richmond E. Claiborne Robins Stadium, and Capital One. Lucy Meade, Marketing & Development Director for Venture Richmond, served as the master of ceremonies.
As the founder of Visible Proof, Lane has grown her team to include the nation's top designers who worked on The Martin Agency project, as well as Layers Bed Company, Sweet Spot Candy Store, and a growing number of residential initiatives.
"Our design goal at the Martin Agency was to create an engaging space that was capable of inspiring the most creative professionals in the marketing industry," said Lane. "We knew that if Visible Proof could create an environment that could elevate the work of the top creative minds in marketing, then we can do it for any industry. It's an honor to receive recognition for this exciting design work by the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate."
