Visible Assets, Inc. Adds Four-Star Admiral Ronald J. "Zap" Zlatoper, USN (Ret.) to the Board of Directors

STRATHAM, N.H., Oct. 23, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Visible Assets, Inc. (Visible®), a global provider of RuBee (IEEE 1902.1), wireless asset visibility, security, and prognostic health networks, today announced the appointment of Admiral Ronald J. Zlatoper, USN (Ret) to its Board of Directors.
As Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. Pacific Fleet. from 1994 to 1996, he was in charge of the world's largest naval command, including more than 190 ships, 1,600 aircraft, and 200,000 personnel, with an operating budget of $5 billion per year. In this command, he was directly responsible for naval relations with 45 countries throughout the Asia Pacific Rim. He is a combat experienced naval aviator with over 4,000 flying hours, over 1,000 aircraft carrier landings with over 150 air combat sorties in Southeast Asia and the Persian Gulf. He also served as: the Chief of Naval Personnel; Battle Group Commander in Desert Storm and Desert Shield; Carrier Air Wing Commander; the Military Assistant to the Secretary of Defense; U.S. 7th Fleet's Chief of Staff; Executive Assistant on the staff of the Secretary of the Navy; and Program Coordinator for the F/A-18 jet aircraft. Admiral Zlatoper has many distinguished awards and personal decorations has been regularly called to testify before the U.S. Congress and was recently appointed by the President to the President's Commission on White House Fellowships.

Admiral Zlatoper has extensive chief executive experience and serves on several Corporate Boards. He was a trustee of the $2.5 billion Estate of James Campbell and served as Co-Chairman and CEO of Sanchez Computer Associates. Admiral Zlatoper grew Sanchez to where it was rated 45th on the Forbes list of America's 200 Best Small Companies and was sold in 2004 to Fidelity National Financial. Admiral Zlatoper holds Honorary Doctorate degrees in Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), a master's degree in management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in mathematics from RPI. He is a distinguished graduate of the Naval War College.
