Virtuos Appoints Dan Offner as Advisor to the Board and Brian Waddle as Global President of Sales and Marketing
SHANGHAI, May 30, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Virtuos, a leading provider of game development services, today announced that Dan Offner has joined its Board as an Advisor and Brian Waddle is joining the Company as its Global President of Sales and Marketing.

The appointment of Dan Offner to the Board will greatly strengthen the company's corporate governance at a time when it has stepped out of start-up mode and is focused on managing growth sustainably, to occupy center-stage in the games industry. Having worked as the former General Counsel of Oculus VR, the outside General Counsel of Ubisoft, Double Fusion and THQ, Dan brings over 25 years of experience of interactive and digital entertainment business development and deal making.

Brian Waddle will officially start on July 1st as Global President of Sales and Marketing, based out of Virtuos' new SOMA San Francisco office. He will also be responsible for positioning Virtuos as the number one choice for external game development.
Brian comes with 25 years' experience in business development, having previously held top management positions at Havok, Image Metrics and Microsoft, where he was responsible for managing the Sales & Marketing strategies.
