Executive Vice President Terry Wheatley assumes additional responsibilities
SANTA ROSA, Calif., Nov. 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Pat Roney, President, Vintage Wine Estates, announced today the promotions of Mack Hoehner and Mike Gilboy to Senior Vice President, the appointment of Vicki Daigneault to the new position of Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Exclusive Brands and the expansion of Executive Vice President, Terry Wheatley's role with the company.

Mack Hoehner has been promoted to Senior Vice President Sales, National Sales Manager. Hoehner joined the founding Canopy Management sales team as Vice President/ Partner in 2008 and joined Vintage Wine Estates as Vice President, Sales, Southwest Zone in July 2014 when Canopy Management was acquired by Vintage Wine Estates. Before joining Canopy Management, Mack held senior positions with Rosemount, Southcorp and most recently as Southwest Sales Vice President for Foster's Wine Estates. Hoehner began his career with Gallo in Oklahoma and Texas, and then rose through the Gallo distributor system to Director of Sales of their Houston operation before leaving to join Rosemount.
Mike Gilboy has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Chains. Gilboy joined Canopy Management as sales Vice President/Partner in 2010 and joined Vintage Wine Estates as Vice President, Sales, Central Zone in July 2014 upon the acquisition of Canopy Management by Vintage Wine Estates. Before joining Canopy Management, Gilboy served in various roles with Treasury Wine Estates, including Director, Grocery Channel, Director, Regional Chains and Central Zone Vice President, Sales. Gilboy began his career with Romano Brothers in Chicago in the Gallo Division.
Vicki Daigneault has been named Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Exclusive Brands. Daigneault's career in wine marketing and sales has spanned over 26 years, including positions with Constellation, Treasury Wine Estates and most recently as Director of Private Label Brands at Delicato Family Vineyards.
Terry Wheatley, Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing, has received added responsibilities. In addition to leading wholesale sales and marketing, Wheatley will take the helm of Direct to Consumer Marketing, Direct Sales and Hospitality/ Tasting Rooms. The winemaking team continues to be led by Marco DiGiulio.
