Vinson & Elkins Recognized as Leading Transactional Firm by AmLaw Corporate Scorecard 2013

HOUSTON, April 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Vinson & Elkins LLP was once again recognized as a leading law firm for corporate transactions, receiving multiple top 10 rankings across four categories in American Lawyer's Corporate Scorecard 2013. V&E ranked #2 in U.S. IPOs as issuers counsel – by both volume and value – for advising on eight offerings worth nearly $2.5 billion.
