Viewpoint Studios of Greensboro Closes, Assets to be Sold at Auction

GREENSBORO, N.C., May 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- It was announced today that the Assets of Viewpoint Studios of Greensboro, NC will be sold at Public Auction.  The company provided photographic and video services for many of America's leading retail stores and catalogs.

The auction will be conducted in two phases with the set decorations, office furniture, artwork, rugs, and furniture being sold online only beginning on May 14 and ending on May 23.  The second phase will offer computers, digital photography equipment, trucks, automobile and sets, which will be conducted on Friday, May 18.

Viewpoint had over 30 set environments and one of the largest daylight capabilities in the US.  The facility featured a prepress and digital media center that performed retouching and image manipulation.

Iron Horse Auction Co., Inc. of Rockingham, NC has been commissioned to handle the complete transaction.
