In response to worldwide customer momentum, Videology has deepened investments and leadership across global markets with the appointment of a Managing Director in EMEA, a Senior Vice President for a new Global Accounts business unit, and with the creation of a new position, Head of Global TV Strategies, in line with growing, international appetite for addressable media in the broadcast sector.
"With almost 50 percent of our business now coming from outside of the U.S., our international expansion and scale is truly cementing our leadership in the video advertising space," explained Scott Ferber, Chairman and CEO, Videology. "We're ramping up nearly every part of our business to meet that global demand and are committed to providing these markets with experienced leadership and local resources."
Global Leadership
With the need for addressable, multi-screen TV solutions being felt more keenly than ever, Videology is strengthening its infrastructure to better serve its growing TV customer base. An evangelist for the power of addressability to transform the media business, former UK Commercial Director, Rhys McLachlan, has been appointed to the new position of Head of Global TV Strategies. Rhys brings to the role a wealth of experience in managing client relationships and driving adoption of Videology's technology across new formats, devices and markets. With a track record of 16 years at media agencies, he has been instrumental in developing leadership strategies for emerging media technologies, having launched the UK's first ever audience targeted mobile solution for advertisers, and the UK's largest connected TV campaign.
To meet the growth of Videology's major global accounts across both demand and supply, Jana Eisenstein has been appointed Senior Vice President of the newly-created Global Accounts division. Ensuring cohesive strategy for Videology's worldwide clients, Jana is responsible for aligning market performance with customers' individual, strategic goals. A digital media veteran, Jana has more than 17 years' experience in the media sector, having successfully built and sold two leading players in the mobile marketing and advertising space, including ScreenTonic, which was sold to Microsoft in 2007. Videology's first European employee, Jana, in her former role as Managing Director of UK and Northern Europe, helped establish Videology as a major market leader in Europe.
Building a European Footprint
With a track record of launching and expanding start-ups into new markets, Anne de Kerckhove has been promoted from Managing Director, Southern Europe, to Managing Director, EMEA. Anne leads business development in the region and is responsible for growing the UK and French businesses, building out newly-launched operations in Spain, Portugal and Italy and expanding the business into new markets including Benelux, Turkey, Russia, Germany and Eastern Europe. Reporting to Videology President Tom McMahon, Anne brings a wealth of experience from senior leadership roles at the likes of Inspired Gaming Group, where she oversaw the company from launch to IPO as COO.
