Victory Capital Management Launches an Institutional Share Class for Its Mid-Cap Fund
Victory also expands eligibility for the Institutional Share Class
CLEVELAND, March 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Victory Capital Management today announced that Victory Established Value Fund (VEVIX) will join nine other Victory Funds in offering an institutional share class (I Class Shares) as a new investment option.
As of March 1, 2010, companies with total retirement plan assets greater than $10 million are eligible to use Victory's I Class Shares, a lower cost share class for qualified retirement plans. Previously, the total retirement plan asset minimum was $25 million.
"Institutional share classes are in higher demand because of the heightened awareness by investment consultants and plan sponsors about retirement plan fees," said John Kutz, managing director and retirement plan services sales manager, Victory Capital Management. "We are pleased that we are able to offer an additional investment option for larger plans. I Class shares are Victory Fund's lowest cost share, suitable for qualified retirement plans with assets above $10 million."
