3. Mean Time To Resolve/Mean Time to Acknowledge: looks at the daily average acknowledgment and resolve rate and shows trends (both long and short) for average response and resolution times for incidents.
4. Incident Trends: graphs a running average of incidents, acknowledgments, and resolves. It is a 15-day average of incident metrics, giving a smoother graph that shows long-term trends.
