Victoria Zona of Raritan Inc. Recognized by Everything Channel's CRN Magazine as One of the Top Women of the Channel
SOMERSET, N.J., July 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Raritan today announced that Victoria Zona has been recognized for the second consecutive year as one of the top Women of the Channel by Everything Channel's CRN Magazine. This year's Women of the Channel were chosen by the editors of CRN magazine based on their achievements as executives and the amount of influence they wield over the technology channel.
Zona was also selected for "The Power100." According to Kelley Damore, vice president, Editorial Director, Everything Channel, the Power 100 is the Who's Who of Women in the Channel. "They represent the largest and most powerful vendor organizations and VARs, and it is an honor to highlight their accomplishments and include them in this ranking," said Damore.
"We are very proud that Vicki has been recognized by CRN," said Gary Marks, vice president of Sales and Marketing at Raritan. "The awards are given to top executives in recognition of their accomplishments and the far-reaching impact they have on the technology industry. Vicki's efforts have contributed to Raritan's success and have helped advance the IT infrastructure management sector, specifically in the area of data center energy monitoring and control."
As channel sales director for Raritan, Zona champions the company's channel marketing and alliance efforts. Under her guidance, Raritan launched a number of innovative programs to support the company's growing portfolio of data center power and energy solutions and other IT infrastructure management solutions. Her efforts have also contributed to the high industry ranking of Raritan's channel program, which received top marks for three consecutive years from Everything Channel.
"It is a great honor to again be recognized as one of the top influential women of the channel," said Zona. "I am very fortunate to be part of a company that delivers award-winning IT infrastructure management solutions that great partners want to support and customers want to use to efficiently manage data centers and their resources -- including energy, space and IT equipment."
A special feature of the Women of the Channel will be published in CRN Magazine and expanded coverage will be featured online at www.crn.com.
"Women hold many prominent executive positions at vendor organizations, distributors and solution provider organizations, providing critical insight and influence when it comes to technology and the channel. We want to honor and congratulate these women for their contributions to the industry and their respective organizations," added Everything Channel's Damore.
