Viamericas launches ViaModal with partner Union Plus to provide money transfer services

BETHESDA, Md., May 9, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Viamericas Corporation, an international licensed remittance company, announced a partnership with Union Plus to offer exclusive money transfer service benefits to union members.

Union Plus, founded in 1986 by the AFL-CIO, provides money-saving benefits and services to 12.5 million union members. These exclusive programs are not available to the public.

The partner program will offer union members a discount on fees for online money transfers. Union members can send money online anytime through the Union Plus benefits website, unionplus.org. The service is a new product called ViaModal, offered through the new Viamericas digital platform called Vianex.
