Viamedia Promotes Jeff Lerner to Local Sales Manager in Chicago Market
LEXINGTON, Ky., June 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Viamedia, the cable industry's leading independent cable rep firm, announced they have promoted Jeff Lerner to Local Sales Manager for their Naperville office in the Chicago DMA.
Mr. Lerner started his advertising career in radio in 1988 with WKLR & WTPI in Indianapolis. In 1992 he moved to Chicago as the National Director of Marketing at Metro Networks and later became Marketing Manager. He was awarded the "Million Dollar Challenge" Award at Metro Networks from 1994 through 1998. In 1999, he accepted a position to start the Premiere Traffic Network with Clear Channel Communications as Midwest Manager.
In 2002, Mr. Lerner joined Viamedia and has excelled through the organization with responsibility in both local ad sales & VNS National Ad Sales. He has been a top performer at Viamedia each year and was part of the team that won the 2003 Office of the Year Award, as well as, the first recipient of the Viamedia Presidents Award in 2008.
Viamedia represents the advertising sales for both WOW! and RCN in the Chicago DMA.
