PHOENIX, Aug. 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Viad Corp (NYSE:VVI) today increased the Company's quarterly dividend on the common stock to $0.10 per share from $0.04 per share, an increase of 150%. The dividend is payable October 1, 2012, to stockholders of record September 7, 2012.
"This quarterly dividend increase reflects the Board's confidence in the continuing growth prospects for Viad and our ability to generate sustainable cash flows," said Paul Dykstra, president and chief executive officer of Viad Corp.
