Agreement to form new partnership in Texas Gulf Opportunities

(OTC Bulletin Board: VHGI) announced today that its wholly-owned and operating subsidiary, VHGI Energy, LLC, has entered into a Letter of Intent with Gulf Coast Exploitation, LLC, to form a new partnership to explore Texas Gulf opportunities.
