Veteran Real Estate Developer Joins Crescent Resources
CHARLOTTE, N.C., Dec. 20, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Crescent Resources, LLC has hired a veteran real estate developer to guide the company's residential development activities throughout the southeast. As senior vice president, Richard "Rick" Mildner will provide direction for the residential team in four states.

Prior to joining Crescent, Mildner served for seven years as chief operating officer and general manager of Douglasville Development, LLC in Atlanta. From 1998 to 2003, he was senior vice president and southeast regional manager for Terrabrook/Westerra Management based in Orlando, Fla.
Mildner's experience also includes serving in senior positions with Stanford Development Group, Inc., Morrison Homes, Inc., Pulte Home Corporation and Stanford Homes, Inc.
Mildner holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance and marketing from Stanford University. He earned his bachelor's degree in economics and English literature from Davidson College. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, Mildner held the rank of Lieutenant.
