Veteran New York Attorney Stephen I. Siller Joins LeClairRyan

NEW YORK, July 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Veteran New York attorney and law firm leader Stephen I. Siller has joined LeClairRyan as a shareholder and member of the firm's Corporate Services Practice Area Team. From his base in LeClairRyan's midtown Manhattan office, he will develop the firm's International Transactions Practice. He officially begins at the firm on July 16.

Prior to joining LeClairRyan, Siller was the CEO and senior partner at Siller Wilk LLP, a firm he founded in 1987.  He began his career in 1973 at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson's New York office, and was subsequently a partner at Feit & Ahrens, a New York-based corporate boutique. Over the course of his career, Siller's clients have ranged from multi-national banks and manufacturing companies, to firms in the hospitality, logistics, distribution, commodities trading, staffing, real estate, media, equipment leasing, and consulting fields.

At LeClairRyan, Siller will continue to focus his practice on international and domestic corporate law, including capital raising and mergers and acquisitions.
