VersionOne Announces AgileLIVE™ Webinar Series on Scaling Agile to the Program & Portfolio Levels

ATLANTA, Feb. 5, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- VersionOne, recognized by agile practitioners as the leader in agile application lifecycle management (ALM) software solutions, announced today a free, two-part #AgileLIVE webinar series focused on helping businesses scale their agile initiatives beyond the team level to the program and portfolio levels. The webinars will be held on February 19 and February 26, from Noon-1:00 pm Eastern.

The first webinar on February 19 will feature Agile Coaches Dave Gunther and Mike McLaughlin, who will explore the five key questions organizations need to consider when scaling agile to the program and portfolio levels including:

• How can we facilitate decisions and plan effectively?

• Track and manage initiatives through to implementation
• Coordinate multiple cross-functional teams
• Perform advanced analysis on projects
• Enable enterprise collaboration

This webinar series is for organizations looking to maximize the impact of agile beyond the team level to the program and portfolio levels. While there are frameworks developing to address this, such as Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe™), different organizations may have specific challenges that require deliberate attention to change and coordination.
