Vern Fonk Insurance Services Acquired By Confie Seguros
NEW YORK, Feb. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Confie Seguros, a rapidly growing provider of auto insurance with an emphasis on serving Hispanic consumers, today announced that it acquired Puget Sound icon Vern Fonk Insurance Services, Inc., one of the leading Insurance agencies in Washington and Oregon.
The acquisition broadens Confie Seguros' presence and places it on track to become the leading national insurance distribution company primarily focused on the needs of Hispanic consumers. The Confie Seguros and Vern Fonk management team has developed a growth strategy to become the leading insurance agency in the Pacific Northwest with added emphasis to serving the Hispanic community. Confie Seguros is committed to expanding the Vern Fonk brand, which will include purchasing other agencies in Washington and Oregon.
Because of the firm's reputation Confie Seguros will continue the use of the Vern Fonk name.
