Power 2013 Wireless Network Quality Performance StudySM, Volume 2, issued Aug. 29. |
The J.D. Power study measured network quality among U.S. wireless service providers. More than 26,000 wireless subscribers were surveyed by J.D. Power from January through June 2013 about their experiences with wireless voice, text messaging and data usage. Based on their responses, Verizon Wireless ranked highest among national wireless companies in all six regions, including the Mid-Atlantic Region, and tied in the North Central region. |
