Verizon to Announce 2010 English as a Second Language Solutions Grants
BOSTON, Sept. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- On Thursday (Sept. 9), Verizon will announce the company's 2010 English as a Second Language (ESL) Solutions grants. Verizon will award a total of $125,000 in grants to 14 Massachusetts and Rhode Island nonprofits that provide video- and broadband-based ESL services to thousands of students across both states.
