Verizon Small Business Center Presents Free Webinar on May 4: 'Building Up and Engaging With Your Business' Community'

NEW YORK, May 3, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Verizon Small Business Center will host a free webinar Wednesday (May 4) featuring returning guest Scott Belsky, an entrepreneur and the CEO of Behance, a company that develops products and services for creative industries. Belsky will provide advice on how businesses can engage with their community to improve their products, keep customers happy, and cultivate and maintain a relationship with customers.

During the live webinar, Belsky will offer six steps to build up a business' community. Toward the end of the webinar, Belsky will host an open question-and-answer session.
