Verizon Small Business Center Presents Free Webinar on April 27: 'Customer Service: Winning in Your Market by Creating the Most Compelling Customer Experience'

NEW YORK, April 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Verizon Small Business Center will host a free webinar on Wednesday (April 27) featuring returning guest author Alan Gregerman, entrepreneur and founder of Venture Works, a consulting firm that helps corporations and organizations develop winning strategies and create successful new products, services and ventures, and new ways of doing business.

During the live webinar, Gregerman, who is also the author of "Surrounded by Geniuses," will discuss the customer-service imperative and why being innovative and creative in developing a compelling customer experience is essential for businesses in any industry.
