Vencore Awarded Role On $960 Million U.S. Air Force NETCENTS-2 ID/IQ Contract
CHANTILLY, Va., July 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Vencore, Inc. announced today that it was awarded a prime position on the U.S. Air Force Network-Centric Solutions-2 (NETCENTS-2) Application Services in the Full and Open Competitive Pool.
The $960 million multi-award, indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery (ID/IQ) contract vehicle allows twenty qualified providers to begin competing immediately to provide application services such as sustainment, migration, integration, training, help desk support, testing and operational support to the U.S. Air Force. Vencore will be eligible to compete for task orders for application services contracts based on size and complexity during the program's initial three-year term and four optional one-year extensions.
