CHANTILLY, Va., April 11, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Vencore, Inc. today announced the appointment of Kevin Boyle as senior vice president and general counsel. In this role, Boyle will lead all legal and ethics functions for Vencore as well as the management of the company's contracts, procurement and property management organizations.
Boyle joins Vencore with more than 20 years of legal and business experience. Most recently, Boyle served as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary at Alion Science and Technology Corporation. Prior to that, he held general counsel roles at MCR, Vangent and General Dynamics Information Technology, amongst others.
