WYNYARD, UK, Nov. 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Venator Materials PLC (NYSE: VNTR) ("Venator"), a global chemical company dedicated to the development and manufacture of titanium dioxide ("TiO2") pigments and performance additives, today launched a secondary public offering of its ordinary shares, which are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "VNTR."
The secondary public offering consists of 18,000,000 of Venator's ordinary shares to be sold by Huntsman Corporation, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Huntsman (Holdings) Netherlands B.V., pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 (the "Registration Statement") filed previously with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"). Venator is not selling any ordinary shares and will not receive any proceeds from the offering. Huntsman intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,700,000 ordinary shares.
