Vee24 Welcomes John DiBartolomeo as Chief Financial Officer

BOSTON, April 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Vee24, a provider of next-generation live help solutions to leading brands worldwide including Audi, Fox Sports, Jaguar Land Rover and Vodafone, is pleased to announce the appointment of John DiBartolomeo as Chief Financial Officer. DiBartolomeo will oversee Vee24's global financial operations and will report to Vee24 CEO, James Keller.

DiBartolomeo brings more than 25 years of experience to Vee24, including strong expertise in finance, investor relations, international operations, sales development and mergers and acquisitions. He was most recently CFO for Axceler, a provider of security, reporting and analysis, and migration software for Microsoft SharePoint environments that was acquired by Metalogix Software, Inc. in 2013.

Prior to Axceler, DiBartolomeo held senior financial and operations positions in numerous public and private high technology companies including Apparent Networks, Softricity (acquired by Microsoft), Basis Technology, Interlynx Technology (acquired by ProAct Technologies) and Intermec Technologies.  DiBartolomeo holds a BA in Accounting from Boston College.
