The Live Learning Platform expands its capabilities with the acquisition of the largest privately-owned test prep and admissions consulting company in the U.S.

The acquisition expands the services that Varsity Tutors' customers may access, including expertly taught live online classes, on-demand recorded content and undergraduate and MBA admissions consulting.
Since 2002, Veritas Prep has helped 300,000 clients achieve their educational goals, with a reported client satisfaction rating of 4.95/5.00 for the fall 2018 application season. The company currently offers online and in-person assistance, with a learning suite that includes live online classes, private one-on-one tutoring and self-study materials. In addition to undergraduate and MBA admissions consulting expertise, Veritas Prep offers ACT, GMAT, GRE, and SAT courses, as well as a dozen test prep books.
