North American Auto Supplier Strengthens Relationships with Chinese OEMs and Suppliers
TROY, Mich., Aug. 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Vari-Form, the industry leader in Pressure-Sequence Hydroforming, has announced expanded strategic relationships with major Chinese OEM and Tier 1 suppliers.
Using its proprietary hydroforming process, Vari-Form is manufacturing engine cradles for two high-volume Chinese-built midsize sedans. Vari-Form has also announced an expanded relationship with an exclusive supplier sales agency with offices in the US and China.
