Most recently, Mr. Army served as CEO of Salient Surgical Technologies of Portsmouth, NH. He also served as the company's CFO from 1999-2006. Salient was acquired by Medtronic in August, 2011. Before Salient, Army was VP of Supply Chain Operations and Finance at Westaim Biomedical. He has a degree in history from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of Business.
