Vantage Oncology Enters Definitive Agreement To Be Acquired By McKesson
MANHATTAN BEACH, Calif., Feb. 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Vantage Oncology, LLC is pleased to announce that the company has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by McKesson Specialty Health, a business unit of the McKesson Corporation. Vantage is a leading national provider of radiation oncology, medical oncology, and other value-based integrated cancer care services.
McKesson Corporation, currently ranked 11th on the FORTUNE 500, is a healthcare services and information technology company dedicated to making the business of healthcare run better.
