Lebanon, Tennessee
The first leg of Fritz's journey takes him south to Tennessee where he meets up with an old friend with an affinity for service station memorabilia.
- Episode #3: "On The Road Again"
Newark, New Jersey
After beginning his search in Tennessee, Fritz travels north to New Jersey, where he gets a glimpse of the deeper story behind the Valvoline brand.
- Episode #4: "Freedom is the Only Way"
Freedom, Pennsylvania
Fritz visits Freedom, Pennsylvania – the place that made Valvoline a household name – to pick the collection of Kevin Bick. Fritz and Bick discuss their love for Petroliana, as well as the town of Freedom and how it influenced Bick's impressive antiques – including a selection of Freedom Oil Company relics that are almost 100 years old. The episode ends on a cliffhanger with Fritz's reaction to Bick opening his garage.
